Sharing a property opportunity with Leet Holdings

The property, the people and the plan: a useful starting point for an opportunity or partnership conversation.

By Leet Holdings ·

A useful property introduction does not need a forty-slide presentation. It needs enough detail to understand what is being offered, who is involved and what the next conversation should cover. A spectacular aerial photo can come later.

Leet Holdings welcomes conversations with property owners, sellers and potential business partners. Our current portfolio begins with Poinciana Palms in Panama City Beach. If you have a property or an idea to discuss, the checklist below will help you put the important information first.

Start with the property and your role

Tell us the location and property type, along with a short description of its current use. Explain whether you own it, represent the owner or are making an introduction. A public listing link is useful when one exists; a brief summary is fine when it does not.

Include the broad condition and anything material that is already known. Separate facts from estimates. “Recently renovated” is more useful with a description of the work and approximate dates. “Needs work” is more useful when it names the work.

You do not need to send tenant identities, access codes or private financial documents to start a conversation. Keep the first message to information you are authorized to share.

Explain the opportunity, not just the address

Are you considering a sale, introducing an off-market property or proposing a business relationship? State what you want to discuss. If there is an asking price or a proposed structure, identify it as such rather than presenting an estimate as an agreed value.

A short explanation of why you think there may be a fit is helpful. It gives the conversation a direction without requiring either side to pretend that an introduction is already a deal.

Give the timeline some context

Share your preferred timing and any dates that genuinely matter. Distinguish a firm deadline from a preference. If documents, inspections or another party's decision are still pending, say so.

A complete first message is not a substitute for later review. It simply helps the next exchange focus on the important questions instead of spending three emails discovering which property everyone is discussing.

For partnerships, describe the roles

If your proposal is about working together, explain your background, the idea and the role you have in mind. Identify the work each party would be expected to contribute and which parts remain open for discussion.

A clear division of responsibilities is a better opening than “we should partner on something.” Keep any proposed funding or commercial terms clearly labeled as proposals. Sharing an idea does not create an agreement, funding commitment or promise of returns.

A simple first-message outline

Start through our business inquiry page or email info@leet-holdings.com. If detailed records are needed later, agree on an appropriate sharing method before sending them.

Looking for a place to stay rather than a property conversation? Visit Poinciana Palms for home details and current stay options. Leet Holdings is the company behind the property; the Palms website is where the guest experience begins.
